DunningBee ("we", "us") provides a Stripe dunning automation service. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you connect your Stripe account, we receive your Stripe account ID and access credentials via Stripe Connect. We use this to retrieve subscription and customer data to send recovery emails on your behalf. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data.
We collect your email address when you create an account and use it for product communications and billing notices.
We use your Stripe data solely to operate the dunning service — detecting failed payments, generating recovery emails, and reporting outcomes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Postmark for email delivery, Stripe for billing).
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing hello@dunningbee.com.
All connections are encrypted via TLS. Stripe credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
